Booking

To check our availability and to make a booking please use our online booking system.  All prices stated on our website are fixed and are shown as room only. Our online calendar extends to 12 months ahead, if you are interested in a booking beyond this date please phone us for more information. Please be sure to read the room description fully as we accept no responsibility for errors made at the time of booking.

Cancellation

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to move your booking, however please ensure you read our conditions.

Should you choose to cancel your booking with us our policy is as follows:

Within seven days prior to arrival: Your payment is due in full. We will charge the card used to make the booking with the full balance owed.

No shows: If you fail to check in your payment is due in full and we will charge the card used to make the booking with the full balance owed. The room will also be released at midnight on the day check in was due.

Payment

Payments can be made using all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express. We do not make a charge for payments made. We reserve the right to charge balances prior to departure however stays over one week will generally be charged on a weekly basis. Our prices do include VAT at 20% and you will receive a VAT receipt at the time of booking and again when any future payments are made.

Should you require to pay using cash, bank transfer or an alternative card this must be stated at time of booking or within 7 days prior to the date of arrival, as full balance will be taken at this time on card registered at time of booking.

Check In: 3pm until 9pm (self check in)

Check Out: 10am

Food & Drink

No food preparation facilities are provided.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the buildings or balconies.
